Effective Display

• White LED display is more effective in lowering speeds because they are much more visible than static signs.

Increased Safety & Mobility

• Displaying real-time work zone speed limits using a two-digit display has shown to reduce speeds by 5-7 mph more than static signs. Speed Awareness is a high-definition full-matrix display that can display two-digit speed and "slow down" messages to provide multiple levels of warning and achieve higher speed compliance.
• By lowering speeds only where and when workers are present, projects have shown very high compliance speeds and very little speed differentials.
• By notifying motorists of work zone speed limits and excessive speeding, the Speed Wizard provides smoother traffic flow and less delays.

Manage Remotely

• Contractors can create a predefined schedule or manually change/manage speeds with their smartphones or using JamLogic® Web. (modem option required)

Four Levels of Speed Awareness Warnings

• 5-10 MPH above DSL, flashing two-digit speed displayed
• 10-15 MPH above DSL, flashing speed & slow down message w/beacons
• 15 MPH above DSL, slow down message w/beacons

Automatically Connected te Waze & WZDx

• Pushes speed limit to Waze when activated and when speeds change.
• Pushes speed limit via WZDx feed to DOTs and connected vehicles.

This unit is equipped with a modem and can be part of the Connected Work Zone Notification System. This system communicates essential work zone information via the Work Zone Data Exchange to motorists, Departments of Transportation, the Traffic Management Center and other relevant parties to make roads safer.

This unit communicates work zone information to Waze, allowing motorists to be aware and adapt their driving before entering the work zone.

Our battery boxes were designed to be weatherproof with updated latches and custom-made rubber washers to ensure a tight seal.

Add even more security to your anti-theft battery box. This option involves adding a reinforced steel cover, which will be permanently installed on the box. 

A two-section steel belt is attached to the underside of the box, which creates a provision for installing a heavy-duty padlock on each side. This feature enhances security and helps further reduce vandalism and theft.
